Reservation Policy
Your booking becomes a confirmed reservation upon your payment/our receipt of the deposit, which also constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contract.
A deposit is required upon booking the reservation, in the amount equal to 50% of the total rental amount. Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to arrival. All bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival are subject to full payment.
There is a 3 night rental minimum for this unit.
Check In Time: 4:00 p.m.
Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.
Upon departure: Please take out all trash, load & start the dishwasher, load & start the washing machine with towels and rags, and remove the sheets from the beds.
One or more members of your party must be at least 25 years of age to rent this condo.
No Pets are allowed on the premises except those belonging to a condo owner. Rental parties are not allowed to have pets.
No Smoking is allowed in the unit or the patio. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on balconies, walkways, or stairwells of the condominium. There is a designated smoking area beside the dumpster garage, at the end of the paved parking lot.
Mandatory Evacuation: In the case of a mandatory evacuation due to weather or other situations that are not responsible of the renter, a credit will be issued for those evacuated dates only. The credit will only be valid up to 1 year after receiving it.
Emergencies: You may reach the security guard 24-hours a day at (850)814-9775. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink or mounted beside the washing machine. Your name and number may be given to the office, in case of emergency.
Parking: Maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed for a 2-bedroom unit. The condo owners nor The Commodore Condominiums are responsible for any damages that may occur.
Parking Pass: Upon arrival, you will need to obtain your parking pass(es) (2 vehicle maximum) and check-in with the security guard at the guardhouse. Park in the lot on the left side to be closer to our unit.
Door Entry Code: On the day of arrival, we will send the door entry code to you in an informational text.
Beach chairs: 2 beach chairs will be provided from the months April-October. Information to obtain these beach chairs will be included in the informational text which is sent the morning of arrival and can be found inside the unit.
Beds: There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains 2 queens. The sofa does not let out into a bed. This unit is to be reserved for a maximum of 6 guest.
Owner's closet: There is a locked closet in the hallway for personal use by the owner. The storage box in the guest closet is also reserved for personal use by the owner.
Vacuum/broom: The broom can be found hanging in the kitchen pantry. The vacuum can be found in the master closet. Please use these for the sand that gets on the floor. This will help keep your feet clean.
AC: The thermostat is on the right when entering the kitchen. Open the flap to adjust the temperature. Please use the ceiling fans to help circulate cooler air. The living room ceiling fan has a switch on the wall (Be sure the chain is pulled.) Do not leave patio doors open while running the air conditioner.
Lights in the master bedroom: Pull the chain 3 times for all 4 bulbs to light up. 2nd chain is the ceiling fan. Please keep the AC above 72 degrees in the summer months to ensure the unit operates properly and does not run constantly. Please turn the AC to 77 degrees upon departure.
Outside deck light: The light switch is located in the master bedroom to the right of the sliding door. Please remember to turn off the patio lights after using the patio.
Toilet paper & Garbage bags: In our unit, we will provide your initial supply of toilet paper and garbage bags. However, you will need to buy additional toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent to suit your needs. Occasionally, guests will leave extras on the top shelf of the pantry.
Trash: Take the trash to the dumpster garage trashcans located at the end of the sidewalk, to the right, as you exit the unit. Upon departure, remove all trash from the unit, and dispose properly in the trashcans.
Dishwasher pods/dish towels: We will provide the initial supply of dish washing soap; however, based off your needs, you may need to purchase additional dish washing soap during your stay. There should be extra dish towels/rags in the top drawer, beside the fridge if needed. **If you use the extra dish towels, please wash them with the other towels upon departure.
For your convenience, we will provide a complementary set of soap, shampoo, conditioner for each bathroom. Towels will be provided for the unit. Please use these towels in the condo only. Extra blankets or a fan, for your comfort can be found in the master closet. We will also provide sand toys, an umbrella, portable beach chairs, and a small cooler for your use while staying in our unit. Please place all items back in the areas in which you found them after use.
Grills: The grills are located behind the parking lot (near the basketball court) to the left of the guardhouse, as you leave the property.
Shuffleboard & Basketball: Both can be found behind the parking lot. The basketball court is to the left of the guardhouse, as you leave the property. Shuffleboard is to the right.
Pool/ Hot Tub: Please follow all rules that are posted by the Commodore Condominiums. (Winter guests... the pool is heated.) (The use of rafts or floats in the pool is prohibited. Food and drinks in the pool are prohibited. Glass containers are prohibited within the fenced pool and spa area. Smoking is prohibited within the fenced pool and spa area.)
Please keep all door locked at all times. Solicitors are not allowed on property, and there is also 24-hour security, but for your safety, keep the doors locked.
Noise: In order to assure the comfort of all owners and guests, we ask that noise levels be kept at a minimum between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
It is against the Florida Law to thrown anything from a balcony or walkway. Violators will be held liable and rental guests may be evicted. Please respect this, and do not throw any objects from the patio or walkway.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made 46 days or more prior to arrival, a full refund is available.
Cancellation made 45 days prior to arrival; $150.00 is non-refundable.
Cancellation made 30 days prior to arrival; 1 night rental amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation made 3 weeks prior to arrival; 2 nights rental amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation made 2 weeks prior to arrival; 3 nights rental amount is non-refundable.
Cancellation made 1 week prior to arrival; 4 nights rental amount is non-refundable.
One or more members of your party MUST BE AT LEAST 25 years of age to rent this condo, and must be present during the entire stay.

NO SMOKING is allowed in this unit, on the patio, walkways, or pool area.
If you are found in violation, you may be asked to leave forfeiting your entire payment of the unit.
